RODENTICIDES (CONCENTRATES)

Concentrates for Local Manufacture

All three actives; Difenacoum, Bromadiolone and Brodifacoum, can be supplied as concentrates for local formulation. Please refer to the rodenticides baits section for suggested bait formulations. The standard concentrates supplied include:

0.25% active ingredient with either a red or blue warning dye and 0.05% of the human aversive agent denatonium benzoate. This would typically be mixed on the basis of one kg concentrate with 49 kg food base to produce 50 kg of ready-for-use bait.

0,5% Brodifacoum

2.5% active ingredient with either a red or blue warning dye and 0.5% of the human aversive agent denatonium benzoate. 1 kg concentrate is sufficient to make 500 kgs of ready-for-use bait.
